S&U were advised today that Keith Smith, Director of S&U, had on 6th April 2016 purchased 400 S&U Ordinary Shares at £21.80 per share.
Following this purchase, the beneficial holding of Keith Smith is 27,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2% of the total voting rights of the Company.
