The Company hereby announces that Elizabeth Corley, a non-executive director of Pearson, chairman of its remuneration committee and member of its audit and nomination & governance committees, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Morgan Stanley, a US publicly quoted company, with effect from 1 January 2018.
This notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14.
