Halma plc announces that on 10 September 2014, 170 ordinary shares held by the Company in Treasury were transferred to a participant of the Halma plc Performance Share Plan 2005 in satisfaction of awards which vested in accordance with the Rules of the Plan. Following the above transfer, the Company holds 879,786 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 378,721,018. |
