Halma, the leading safety, health and environmental technology group, today confirms the appointment of Philippe Felten as Process Safety Sector Chief Executive with effect from 14 May 2015, following a period of transition from Neil Quinn as part of the succession process previously announced on 2 April 2015.  As a result, Neil Quinn has also stepped down as a Director of Halma plc and from the Executive Board with effect from the same date.
