The Remuneration Committee has approved the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to each of the following directors: JFG Pilkington - 67,400 notional shares, NA Stothard - 53,400 shares, AM Bainbridge - 39,700.
The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2023.
