NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Chemring Group PLC confirms that, as previously announced, Nigel Young has been appointed a non-executive director with effect from today.
There is no information concerning Mr Young which requires disclosure under Rule LR 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
