Following the exercise/lapse of all options granted under The Chemring Group 2008 US Stock Purchase Plan on 30 July 2013, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued/allotted from the provisional block listing of 55,997 1p Ordinary Shares admitted on 11 April 2014.
