In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Microgen announces that Barbara Moorhouse, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, has informed the Company of her appointment as a Non-Executive Director of Balfour Beatty Plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 June 2017.
