DIRECTOR DECLARATION
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Microgen announces that Peter Whiting, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of TruFin Plc, which has today had its share capital admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
