Notification of change in Director's details

The Company announces that Ms . Farah Suhanah Binti Ahmad Sarji has been appointed as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc. Farah has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since October 2022. She is the Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination & Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and ESG Committee.

The Company further announces that Farah has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust, a company listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 November 2024.

This disclosure is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6(3) and 6.4.9 (2).
