CONFIRMATION OF HOME STATE
Serco Group plc (the 'Company')
Following amendments to the Transparency Directive, changes have been made to the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules which require the Company to disclose its Home State. For the purposes of DTR 6.4.2 R, Serco Group plc confirms that its Home State is the United Kingdom.
