In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a), the Company was notified that, on 10 April 2014, a person connected with Sholto Douglas-Home, a PDMR, sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 154 pence per share.
