In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a), the Company was notified that, on 19 March 2015, a person connected with Sholto Douglas-Home, a PDMR, sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 158.96 pence per share.
