WORKSPACE APPOINTS TOM EDWARDS-MOSS AS CFO DESIGNATE

Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace'), London's leading owner and operator of sustainable, flexible workspace today announces the appointment of Tom Edwards-Moss as its CFO Designate. Tom will replace Dave Benson, who informed the Board in August of his decision to step down from Workspace.

Tom has been Chief Executive of Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd. ('Hibernia') since 2022. He joined the business in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer of Hibernia REIT PLC's investment manager and was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Hibernia REIT PLC following the internalisation of the investment manager in 2015, joining the Board at that point and holding the positions until the business' acquisition by Brookfield in 2022. Prior to Hibernia, he spent nearly nine years at Credit Suisse in the UK & Ireland Investment Banking Team.

Tom is expected to join Workspace following completion of a notice period at Hibernia and Dave Benson will remain in post until Tom starts. Further updates on the timing of Dave's departure and Tom's commencement will be provided in due course.

Tom currently owns 6,052 Ordinary Shares in Workspace.

This announcement has been made pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.6. There is no further information relating to Tom Edwards-Moss which is to be disclosed under Listing Rule 6.4.8.

The terms of Dave Benson's departure will be disclosed in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 in due course.
