Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 22 March 2016 that Mr Steve Good, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of the Company, bought 15,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 21 March 2016 at a price of 272p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Good is interested in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing under 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
