Share Repurchase Programme

Centrica plc announces that on 13 June 2014, it purchased (through J.P. Morgan Securities plc) 750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 326.412 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 327.70 pence and 325.75 pence respectively.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 54,045,161 ordinary shares in treasury and has 5,040,831,231 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
