Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence (‘Shares’)

On 25 August 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

  • Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 727 Shares at a price of 245.15 pence per Share; and
  • Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 935 Shares at a price of 245.15 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 25 August 2015.
