Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, ITV plc ("ITV") notifies the market of the following:

ITV's issued share capital as at 31 July 2024 consisted of 4,052,409,194 ordinary shares of 10p each of which 83,318,955 ordinary shares a re held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in ITV was 3,969,090,239 . This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITV plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
