The Company announces that on 11 June 2019, the following PDMR exercised an award over 187,793 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the Premier Foods Restricted Stock Plan ("RSP"). The PDMR then sold sufficient shares to cover income tax and employee national insurance on 11 June 2019 at a price of 33.55p per share.
