This notification is the result of an interim distribution in specie of shares in EVRAZ plc held by Lanebrook Limited to its shareholders. Following the distribution: (1) Mr. Roman Abramovich will continue to have an indirect economic interest in 440,528,064 of the shares in EVRAZ plc, which includes 409,866,216 of the shares in EVRAZ plc distributed to Greenleas International Holdings Ltd. by Lanebrook Limited; (2) Mr. Alexander Abramov will continue to have an indirect economic interest in 301,960,323 of the shares in EVRAZ plc distributed to Crosland Global Limited by Lanebrook Limited; (3) Mr. Alexander Frolov will continue to have an indirect economic interest in 150,783,385 of the shares in EVRAZ plc distributed to Crosland Global Limited by Lanebrook Limited; and (4) Mr. Eugene Shvidler will continue to have an indirect interest in 42,877,492 shares in EVRAZ plc distributed to Toshi Holdings Ltd. by Lanebrook Limited.
