The Company understands that these shares were formerly disclosed within the Gordon Family Interests previously disclosed as 10.96%, and this notification reflects a change in the way the various interests are administered. The remainder of the interests are held by family members or their nominee companies, none of whom is currently required to make a disclosure under the DTRs.
