Shaftesbury Capital PLC ("the Company")

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 1,385,124 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares were issued and allotted between 2018 and 2022 to satisfy share award grants under the Capital & Counties Properties PLC Performance Share Plan 2017 and ranked pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares. There is no change to the Company's current issued share capital or total voting rights.

Admission of the shares is expected on 7 June 2024.
