Changes to Board Committee Membership of Spirax Group plc

 

The Company announces that having reviewed the composition of its board committees, the following changes were approved, with effect from today:

·      The Nomination Committee is being reduced to four members.

·    Maria Antoniou who joined the board on 1 June 2025 and took on the role of chair of the Remuneration Committee also joins the Colleague Engagement Committee.

·    Constance Baroudel joins the Audit Committee.
