Sage was notified that on 30 July 2025, Walid Abu-Hadba, Chief Product Officer and PDMR, purchased 600 ordinary shares of 1 4/77 pence each in Sage ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £12.5734 per share. The purchases were made in US dollars with the price per Ordinary Share given in this announcement in GBP as converted at the exchange rate at close, on the date of purchase.
The resultant shareholding after this transaction for Walid Abu-Hadba is 333,302 Ordinary Shares.
