Riyad Bank announced that the record date for 2001 dividend payment is Thursday 16th Dhul Hijjah 1422 (Corres. 28Th February 2002). Shareholders who are registered in the Banks shareholders record as at that day will be entitled to attend the General Assembly ordinary annual meeting on 27th Dhul Hijjah 1422 (Corres. 11Th March 2002). and receive the 2001 dividend after its approval.
