Riyad Bank announces the launching its service to inquire about dividends not-received on the bank's website

In order to safeguard the rights and the interests of the shareholders of Riyad Bank, the Bank hereby announces to its shareholders that a list of the shareholders who have not received their dividends for previous years has been made available on the Bank's website.

The inquiry can be made through the identity number (National Identity or Iqama number), the term (outstanding dividends) or (no dividends) will appear without details to protect the confidentiality of the information, and for the shareholder who receive term (outstanding dividends) is to visit any of Riyad Bank branches.
The Bank also invites shareholders who have not received their dividends for previous years to communicate with the Department of Investor Relations via phone number (011) 4013030 Ext. No. 2445, during the official working hours of the bank, or via fax No. 011 4030016, or via email:

The Bank also invites the shareholders who have certificates to expedite depositing their shares certificates in their investment portfolios by submitting the application for depositing share certificates after opening the investment account and the investment portfolio to the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) as follows:
- Fill out the (Deposit of Share Certificate) form by the investor (attached)
- Attach copy of national identity
- Authenticating all the documents by the issuer of securities (Riyad Bank)
