Alinma Bank announces the completion of its offering of U.S. Dollar- denominated Tier 2 Certificates under the Trust Certificate Issuance Programme.

Introduction With reference to the announcement from Alinma Bank (the Bank), published on the website of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on 13/05/1447H corresponding to 04/11/2025, regarding the commencement of the Bank’s offer of U.S. Dollar denominated Tier 2 Certificates under the Trust Certificate Issuance Programme by way of an offer to eligible investors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally, the Bank would like to announce the completion of the offer of the Tier 2 Certificates. The settlement of the Tier 2 Certificates issuance is expected on 19/05/1447H corresponding to 10/11/2025.
