Further to the Companys announcement 18/11/1434H corresponding to 24/09/2013G related to a limited fire that broke out at the phosphate rock unloading belt at the MPCs facility in Ras Al Khair.
Maaden announces that the work which is already in progress to repair the damage at the phosphate rock unloading belt will take approximately three months.
This stoppage will have no significant financial impact.
This stoppage will not affect Maadens ability to meet its obligations to its customers due to the availability of alternative mechanisms for the transfer of phosphate rock by trucks and land transport.
