Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that the plant production units of its affiliate, Sahara and Maaden Petrochemical Company (SAMAPCO), will start Periodic prescheduled maintenance for a period of (25) days starting from Wednesday 01/04/2015G.
The Periodic prescheduled maintenance will have no impact on the Companys ability to meet its obligations towards its customer and will have no significant financial impact. Any new developments regarding this matter will be announced in due course.
SAMAPCO is a limited liability company, jointly owned 50:50 by Maaden and Sahara.
