Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that The Board has recommended to the Annual General Assembly that no dividend shall be distributed to shareholders for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016.
The Board attributed the decision to Maaden continued investment in executing ongoing projects and the continued slump in commodity prices in the global market, which has affected the Group earnings for the year.
