The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co. (“Shaker” or “the Company”) recorded revenue of SAR 368.77 million in Q2 2025, up 6.9% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 345.14 million in Q2 2024. The growth was driven by a 3.0% YoY increase in the Q2 2025 KSA HVAC solutions segment, supported by higher seasonal demand and steady project activity. The Home Appliances segment rose 17.7% YoY, mainly driven by improved brand performance.

Other revenue grew by 147.8% YoY, which reflecting the growth from new ventures.The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is Shaker reported a net profit of SAR 19.90 million in Q2 2025, an increase of 21.0% compared to SAR 16.45 million in Q2 2024.

Gross Profit:

Gross profit rose by 11.3% YoY to SAR 92.62 million in Q2 2025, supported by revenue growth, a more favourable product mix, and improved cost control.

Operating Profit:

Operating income rose by 70.7% YoY to SAR 19.69 million, driven by the continuous improvement in cost management and more efficient resource allocation.

Net Profit:

Net profit increased by 21.0% YoY to SAR 19.90 million, supported by stronger operating performance and lower finance costs, which helped offset the reduced share of profit from an associate.The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the previous one is Shaker reported revenue of SAR 368.77 million in Q2 2025, a decrease of 7.9% compared to SAR 400.42 million in Q1 2025. The decline was mainly due to lower sales following strong Q1 demand ahead of the Ramadan season. The HVAC segment increased by 3.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), while the Home Appliances segment declined by 30.3%.The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit (loss) during the current quarter compared to the previous one is Shaker’s net profit for Q2 2025 was SAR 19.90 million, reflecting a 26.9% QoQ decrease compared to SAR 27.21 million in Q1 2025. The decline was mainly due to lower revenues, particularly a 30.3% drop in Home Appliances sales following a strong Q1 driven by Ramadan demand. Additionally, the quarter saw a lower share of profit from an associate which further weighed on net profit.The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current period compared to the same period of the last year is Shaker recorded revenue of SAR 769.19 million in H1 2025, an increase of 1.4% YoY from SAR 758.38 million in H1 2024. The growth was mainly supported by a 2.3% increase in the HVAC segment, driven by steady project demand.

The Home Appliances segment declined by 1.7% YoY due to a softer Q2 performance. The other revenue grew by 206.5% YoY, reflecting the growth from new ventures.The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current period compared to the same period of the last year is Shaker’s net profit for H1 2025 stood at SAR 47.10 million, reflecting a 3.3% decline compared to SAR 48.70 million in H1 2024.

Gross Profit:

Gross profit increased by 6.8% YoY to SAR 193.25 million in H1 2025, supported by higher revenues and optimization of the portfolio mix, alongside efficient management of cost of Sales.

Operating profit:

Operating income rose by 4.4% YoY to SAR 44.76 million, driven by the continuous improvement in cost management and a more efficient allocation of resources. The Company also continued to invest in strengthening its talent base to support future growth.

Net profit:

Net profit for the first half of 2025 was SAR 47.10 million, a 3.3% decline compared to the same period last year.
