The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is	The increase in net profit is mainly attributed to the following:

1- Increase of sales from SAR 139.5 Million to SAR 167.8 Million

2- The diversification of the sold products which include products with higher profitability, in addition to improvement of Gross Margin in certain products.

3- Decrease of the financial expenses from SAR 2.1 Million to SAR 1.8 million due to lower finance cost.The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the previous period of the current year is The decrease in net profit in the current quarter compared with the previous quarter is mainly attributed to decrease of sales in the current quarter compared with the previous quarter as the increase of sales in in the fourth quarter is due to the nature of the business of the company as per the requirements of the projectsStatement of the type of external auditor's report Unmodified conclusionModification, Qualification or Emphasis of a Matter as Stated within the External Auditor Opinion NoneReclassification of Comparison Items None
