Further to the previous announcement on Tadawul dated on 27 May 2018 regarding signing of non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) between a group of shareholders and strategic investor, and with the request of the parties to extend the memorandum of understanding, the company would like to announce the extension of the memorandum of understanding for a period of one month until 30/09/2018.
The company will announce any material development in this regard at the time.
