Attendance Eligibility, Registration Eligibility, and Voting End	Each shareholder registered in the company's shareholders list at Eda’a center at the end of the trading session preceding the general assembly meeting has the right to attend the assembly meeting, according to the rules and regulations.

The eligibility to register attendance at the assembly meeting ends at the time of the assembly, and the right to vote on the assembly's items for the attendees ends when the counting committee finishes counting votes. Quorum for Convening the General Assembly's Meeting A meeting of the extraordinary general assembly shall be valid only if attended by shareholders representing at least one-half of the capital. If such a quorum is not attained in the first meeting, a second meeting shall be held one hour after the lapse of time set for the first meeting. The second meeting shall be valid if attended by a number of shareholders representing at least one-quarter of the voting rights. General Assembly Meeting Agenda Attached.
