The Board of Directors of Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development Company has approved on 19 January 2017 the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period second half 2016 as following:
1. Total amount of dividend SAR 35.75 million
2. The number of shares outstanding for Dividend 55 million shares.
3. Dividend per share SAR 0.65
4. Dividend represent 6.5% of the Face value.
5. Should the eligibility of the profits will be for shareholders registered at the records Securities Depository Center company. (sdc) on 02-02-2017
