The dividends will be distributed through the Securities Depository Center Company, which will transfer the dividends to the investment portfolios through the custody members. To ensure that the dividends are deposited in the investment portfolios without delay, the company would like to remind all shareholders of the need to ensure that their data is updated with the custody members.
The company would like to draw the attention of non-resident investors that the distribution of cash dividends is subject to a withholding tax of 5% upon transfer or crediting the amount to their account in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Law and its Implementing Regulation.
It should be noted that treasury shares are excluded from the calculation of dividends.
