In accordance with LR9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that Danie Meintjes, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is also a director and chief executive officer of Al Noor Hospitals Group plc, to be renamed Mediclinic International Plc, which was admitted to the London Stock Exchange today.
