We would like to draw attention to the following:
1) Cash dividends to non-resident investors are subject to a withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with an article 68 of the Income Tax Law and article 63 of its Implementing Bylaws.
2) Non-resident investors who have tax exemptions on dividends issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, must communicate with the Investors Relations Department via E-mail at investors@maharah.com. This must be done within three (3) days from the eligibility date to provide the necessary supporting documents for tax exemption.
