Further to Chemanol announcement published on Tadawul website on 15 December 2015 related to its Methanol and Pentaerythritol plants shutdown for the periodic maintenance, the Company is pleased to announce to the shareholders that the maintenance activities for both plants have been completed. The commercial operation at Methanol plant and Dimethylformamide plant, which mainly uses the feedstock produced by the former, will resume on Wednesday 26/03/1437 A. H. corresponding to 06/01/2016, whereas at the Paraformaldehyde plant will resume on Thursday 27 /3/1437 A. H. corresponding to 07 January 2016, earlier than what was indicated in the previous announcement. The financial impact of the shutdowns remains the same as announced earlier.
