FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT BY METHANOL CHEMICALS COMPANY (CHEMANOL) REGARDING THE LIMITED FIRE INCIDENT IN ITS PARAFORMALDEHYDE UNIT Methanol Chemicals Co. published on Tadawul website on 27 Jumada II 1436 A. H corresponding to 16 April 2015 related to the developments over the Paraformaldehyde Unit fire incident the Company would like to announce that it would receive today Sunday 07 February 2016 an amount of SAR 10 million as payment on account until the full assessment of the claim is finalized. The financial impact of this payment will be reflected on the cash follow in Q1 of 2016 where it will have no impact on the income statement until the full claim is settled.
