Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) announces that the Board Member Mr. Sami Mohamed Jalal (Non-executive member) has resigned from the Board of Directors on 20/12/2015 due to personal circumstances. The resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors on 14/02/2016 and is effective from the date of its acceptance.
The Board of Directors of Chemanol extends its appreciation and gratitude to Mr Sami Mohamed Jalal for his distinctive and effective role and valuable participation throughout 25 years as a member of Chemanol Board of Directors.
It is worth mentioning that the Company will announce later the person who will fill the vacant board seat left open by the resignation of Mr Sami Mohamed Jalal according to the applicable procedures in this regard.
