H corresponding to 29 August 2016 G related to signed the Restructuring of Murabaha Facility Agreement of SAR 327.685 million and Bilateral Loan Agreement of SAR 309 million with Consortium of Banks , the Company announces that The new rescheduling is based on same conditions with assignment of technology rights , insurance and residual proceed for plant and machinery as provided in the earlier restructuring which published on Tadawul website on 05 June ,2011 .
