Methanol Chemicals Company announces that its Board of Directors has recommended in its meeting held on Sunday 13/06/1438 H corresponding to 12/03/2017 not to distribute dividends for the financial year ended on 31/12/2016. The recommendation which aims at supporting the financial position of the Company and enhancing its strategic plans shall be presented to the next Ordinary General Assembly meeting for approval. The date of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting will be determined after obtaining the approval of the official authorities.
