With reference to SABIC announcement on Aug. 8th 2012 regarding its intention to shut down one production units of the ethylene glycol (MEG) plant located within the complex of the Eastern Petrochemical Company (SHARQ) an affiliate, to carry out the regular maintenance and some repairs starting the beginning of September, 2012 for about ten weeks. The company announce that on Thursday the 22nd of Nov, 2012 the maintenances and repairs have been completed and unites were restored back to normal operation. The temporary shutdown will not have a material impact on the company result
