With reference to the Savola Group's announcement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) dated the 27th of April 2013, regarding its consideration to change the weekend days to Friday and Saturday instead of Thursday and Friday, which it believes will facilitate communication and coordination between the Group and its subsidiaries inside and outside the Kingdom, as well as provide the other advantages indicated in the above mentioned announcement. The Savola Group announces its decision that its new weekend days will be on Friday and Saturday instead of Thursday and Friday as of the beginning of the month of July 2013 as a trial period until the end of the year 2013. Thereafter the experiment will be assessed and the appropriate final decision will be made. Accordingly, the Savola Group would like to draw the attention of all its shareholders and business partners to consider the new working days of its HQ and subsidiaries inside the Kingdom when dealing with the company.
