Further to the announcement published on Tadawul's website on 17-08-2011 related to no translation, see the arabic version National Industrialization Co announces addendum as :Reference is made to TASNEE previous announcement published on Tadawul site on 18.7.2011 regarding developments on super-absorbent polymers project, TASNEE announces that Saudi Acrylic Acid company (SAAC) subsidiary - Saudi Acrylic Polymers co. (SAPCO) has signed yesterday, 29 September 2013 the Mechanical Completion Certificate for its super-absorbent polymers plant in preparation for experimental operation. Any further future developments will also be announced.
It worth mentioning that TASNEE owns a 52.3% share in (SAAC) and SAAC owns a 75% share in SAPCO & the foreign partner - Evonik Industries - owns 25% share in SAPCO.
