Tasnee announces that on Friday evening 25 July 2014 a fire broke out at the manufacturing site of one of Tasnee subsidiaries, The National Titanium Dioxide Company (Cristal) in Yanbu, the fire was at temporary Materials warehouse. The manufacturing operations were temporally halted as a safety precaution during the fire. However, the plant resumed full operations normally in the next morning after Put out the fire. There were no injuries, also there was no material impact on Third quarter result and the ability to meet our customers demand. Note that TASNEE owns a 66% of Cristal.
