The Company announce the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Sunday 13/06/1443H corresponding to 16/01/2022, to appoint the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman of the Board as per the following:
1- Mohammad Abdullah Abunayyan (Non-Executive Member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2- Suntharesan Padmanathan (Executive Member) as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
The Board of Directors have also formed its committees in accordance with the approved duties and responsibilities, appointed the Board Secretary and the Representatives of the company in front of the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul”.
