Saudi Cable Group of companies has continued to maintain its profitability trend and recorded a profit of SR 4.7 million for the quarter ended 31 March 2005, an increase of over a 100% compared to the profit of SR 2.3 million recorded in the corresponding period last year. The profitability increase essentially emanated from growth in sales. Group revenues for the first quarter of 2005 were SR 312 million, which are 27% higher than the revenues of SR 245 million for the first quarter of 2004.
