Dr. Waheeb A. Linjawi, Group President & Managing Director of Saudi Cable Company has announced that the Companys wholly owned subsidiary, Mass Projects, has received a letter of award from Saudi Electricity Company Western Operating Area for 110 kV underground cable project of total value SR 85,516,310.21.
The project scope of work involves design, supply and installation of two 110 kV copper cable circuits with accessories including Fiber Optic Cable, between the existing 380/110 kV Jeddah North S/S and the proposed 110/13.8 kV Al-Nakheel S/S; the length of the cable to be used being 84 km.
Dr. Linjawi added that a contract will be signed in the coming week.
